Sr. Post Sales Executive – CRM

Preparing, updating and maintaining Customer MIS / Cancellation Details / Refund details / RERA MIS / Inventory on Daily, weekly and monthly basis in excel and files.Preparation of Cost sheet.

 Coordination with  sales team, timely collection and Preparation of Documents: Agreements (edit customer detail), Demand Letter, Customer Receipt, Sales MIS, Booking forms, Create customer IDs for new customers.

Making timely provision of unsold inventory & provide it to all sales verticals as per the requirement.

Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis Bookings, Cancellation, Changes, down payment, etc.

Coordinating with Bank for confirmation of payment clearance.

Perform routine follow up calls: Recovery, Documentation etc

Collecting and reporting post sales customer information and issues

Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
