Responsibilities:
- New Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for client pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with client objectives. - Client Servicing:
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand client requirements and objectives to develop tailored strategies and campaigns.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media planning, digital, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics and insights.
• Address client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction at all times. - Networking and Relationship Building:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a strong professional network.
• Foster strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the media industry.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.
